Juley graduated from Health Science and a Masters of Speech Pathology at La Trobe University in 2015.
Throughout her University studies, Juley worked part-time as a dental assistant in general dentistry and orthodontics. With 10 years of dental experience, Juley has a strong interest in jaw and face development and its relationship with speech and swallowing development.
As well as membership to Speech Pathology Australia and a commitment to professional development, Juley has completed courses in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy with the Australian Academy of Orofacial Myology. She combines practices from both professional fields and dental knowledge when treating patients in the clinic.
In the future, Juley hopes to return to University to undertake research in the area of tongue thrust as it is an area needing more attention in the Speech Pathology field.
A family-orientated person, Juley enjoys spending time with her family, as well as playing Aussie rules football, travelling and painting.
